Off-topic, but YUM!

After days of nothing but work in Photoshop, I’ve elected to take the weekend off to do other things I enjoy, including cooking. This roasted green enchilada sauce was made earlier this evening, in preparation for tomorrow’s meal of pork barbacoa (with a side of black beans, with lime juice and a dollop of sour cream). I’ll post the recipe for the entire meal tomorrow evening in all likelihood, but for now…drool.
